Sacred Reflections is alternative health care inspiring a holistic path. My approach to mental and emotional health includes uncovering and interpreting intuitive messages from the body. Services include, relaxing therapeutic states of consciousness, color therapy, sound healing, a pendulum reading, and use of essential oils.
What is Energy Healing?
Your Spiritual Anatomy, which is your energy system is made up of 7 major Chakras and 21 minor Chakras. Each chakra has a color and a vibration. It also has 7 layers of energy that surround the body called the Aura. Practitioners work as a conduit for universal unconditional love and light. Releasing blocked dense vibrations and limiting beliefs from the body, leaves clients feeling an immediate sense of mental calmness and emotionally lifted.
How Does it Work?
All suffering takes place in the mind. It’s the story we overlay on our experience that creates suffering, not the experience itself. Before each session the practitioner begins with creating a sacred space for the session to take place. This happens by clearing the room with White Sage and making an intention for the session. Connections with the client’s energy system is made at this time through meditation and interpreting the chakra centers.
My Practice
My gift is in assisting the natural process of self-healing based on the belief that we all have the ability to heal our own bodies, keeping balance and harmony within our sacred energy system.
